Yesterday Priests for Life spoke for you before the second-highest court in the nation, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
We also represented you in a rally that Priests for Life put together outside the courthouse.
U.S. Senator Ted Cruz spoke at the rally. Others who took part were:

That list of individuals shows you just how important our lawsuit is because it is the first case of the religious non-profit organizations to reach the appellate level on the merits of the arguments.
Robert Muise, Senior Counsel for the American Freedom Law Center and the lead attorney arguing our case in court, correctly points out:
“This case with Priests for Life is the lead case for the non-profit religious organizations challenging the mandate similar to how Hobby Lobby is the lead case for the for-profit companies challenging the HHS mandate.”

If the Appeals Court rules in our favor, the government will likely appeal to the Supreme Court.
And if the Appeals Court rules in favor of the government – as most legal analysts predict will happen given the judges who were “randomly selected” to sit on the 3-judge panel that heard our case yesterday – Priests for Life will definitely appeal to the Supreme Court.
