More evidence that Planned Parenthood deliberately leads kids to sexual ruin for their own profit

More evidence that Planned Parenthood deliberately leads kids to sexual ruin for their own profit

OCTOBER 21

To Serve Man Twilight ZoneThe classic Twilight Zone episode “To Serve Man” gave us one of pop culture’s most memorable plot twists, in which a seemingly benevolent alien race comes to Earth promising to make hunger and war obsolete. They leave behind the titular book, which translators realize too late isn’t about serving mankind’s needs at all—“it’s a cookbook!”

Planned Parenthood’s name contains a similarly malevolent double meaning. The sales pitch may be helping people avoid parenthood until they’re ready, by their real plan is to encourage as many unwanted parenthoods as possible, to keep demand for their services flowing.

This is what we should expect from a business whose pro-promiscuity agenda includes telling teens “there’s a little bit of slut in all of us,” thinking five-year-olds “need to know” about sexual pleasure, and giving HIV-positive teens permission to hide that fact from their partners. They don’t want people better equipped to plan desired parenthoods. Unwanted, soon-to-be-aborted parenthoods are the plan.

Pastor Mark Driscoll Pens Bold Op-Ed On Abortion For Fox News

Pastor Mark Driscoll pens bold op-ed on abortion for Fox News

On October 18, Fox News published an op-ed on abortion by Mark Driscoll, founding pastor of the famed Mars Hill Church in Seattle. Driscoll wrote boldly, recognizing both the science and the Scripture that inform us about human life. As Driscoll put it:

Both science and Scripture are absolutely clear that life begins at conception. Taking a human life is murder, by definition, which makes abortion a murderous act.

Consider this: On December 5, John Andrew Welden will be sentenced after pleading guilty in the murder of his unborn baby. Welden’s girlfriend, Remee Jo Lee, was six weeks pregnant when he gave her an abortion pill and told her it was antibiotics.

Welden was prosecuted for violating the Unborn Victims of Violence Act Believe it or not, federal legislation forbids the murder of an unborn baby—except in the 55 million instances when it doesn’t. And a father can be convicted of murdering his unborn child without the mother’s consent, but if a woman decides to end her pregnancy against the wishes of the father, that’s her right to choose.

Choose murder? Can’t follow all of the logic? Perhaps that’s because it’s illogical.

‘Nothing had prepared me for the searing pain’: Pro-choice woman describes RU-486 nightmare

‘Nothing had prepared me for the searing pain’: Pro-choice woman describes RU-486 nightmare

BY SARAH TERZO

  • Mon Oct 21, 2013 12:19 EST

October 20, 2013 (LiveActionNews) – RU-486, the abortion pill, is offered to women who are less than nine weeks pregnant. When it first became available in the United States, pro-choice activists rejoiced. They believed that it would make abortion more readily available to women.

Abortion providers say that RU-486 is safe and effective.According to abortion provider Dr. David Grimes:

I just don’t see any downsides. For those women who don’t like the invasiveness of surgery, it gives them a very important option.

In an article in Marie Claire titled “Betrayed by a Pill,” a pro-choice woman named Norine Dworkin-McDaniel gives another perspective when she describes her RU-486 abortion.

She starts out by talking about how happy she was when RU-486 became an option for women.

From the moment it was approved in 2000, I believed in the abortion pill. Finally! Abortion would finally become what it always should have been: a private medical matter between a woman and her doctor. It held the promise of swift, at home termination. There would be no more gauntlets of protesters at clinics, because who would know which physicians were dispensing the pills? Even better, the pill would keep abortion accessible at a time when fewer gynecologists were willing to perform them out of fear of attacks.

Dworkin-McDaniel eventually faced an unplanned pregnancy. According to her, when she became pregnant, she was using cocaine and would “work all day, and party, party, party all night.”

She worried that her drug use would cause medical problems for the baby:

No matter what I did from this point on, there would always be a chance that the baby would have problems – maybe physical ones, maybe psychological issues. I wasn’t willing to roll the dice with another life.

So Dworkin-McDaniel decided to end that life instead.

She describes how she decided not to have a surgical abortion:

The abortion would be done by RU-486, (mifepristone) which would kill the baby. Then a second drug (misoprostol) would cause her to expel the embryo and placenta.

She says:

The Mifeprex literature described some cramping and bleeding, “similar to or greater than a normal, heavy period.” This sounded far more appealing than surgical abortion. A few pills, a couple of cramps, and it would all be over. We could move on with our lives.

But it didn’t work out as she had planned.

She took the mispristone and then, two days later, prepared to administer the misoprostol:

Clinic staffers had directed me to insert the tablets into my vagina in the morning so I’d have the day to recover. I envisioned recuperating on the couch with some uncomfortable but bearable cramps and soothing myself with bad daytime TV.”

I never made it to the couch.”

She describes in detail what happened:

Nothing – not the drug literature, the clinic doctor, not even my own gyno – had prepared me for the searing, gripping, squeezing pain that ripped through my belly 30 minutes later. I couldn’t even form words when Stewart [her boyfriend] called to check on me. It was all I could do to gasp, “Come home! Now!” For 90 minutes, I was disoriented, nauseated, and, between crushing waves of contractions, that I imagine were close to what labor feels like, racing from the bed to the bathroom with diarrhea.”

Why you should come to the 2014 March for Life – and why you should start planning now

Why you should come to the 2014 March for Life – and why you should start planning now

BY KRISTEN WALKER HATTEN

000march2013

Oct. 21, 2013 (LiveActionNews.org) – This past January was the first time I attended the March for Life in Washington, D.C. Afterwards, I felt giddy for weeks. There is something about the energy of that many people coming together in defense of life that galvanizes you.

While we were all hoping there wouldn’t need to be another March, it’s looking like 2013 is not the year we end abortion. So we’re gonna march again on January 22, 2014. And nothing will make it better or more meaningful than having you – yes, you – show up.

So why am I writing this in October and not January? Because if you’re going to come (please come!) you need to start preparing yourself now.

Here are my tips and tricks for preparing for (and getting the most out of) your March for Life experience.

LA doctors perform heart surgery on unborn baby after practicing with Jello and grapes

Earlier this month, the L.A. Times reported on a rare cardiac surgery which was performed on a 25-week-old fetus in utero. The procedure — a first in southern California — was necessitated by poor blood flow through the baby’s left ventricle. Because the baby’s heart was not pumping blood properly, it was likely that he or she would have been born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, which is a life-threatening condition.

This video shows a clip of the ultrasound used during the surgery, during which doctors inserted a tiny tube and inflated a balloon into the baby’s heart to open up the poorly-functioning valve. To prepare for the highly specialized surgery, doctors practiced on a grape (representing the baby’s heart, which is about the size of a walnut at 25 weeks gestation) inside of Jello, which represented the baby’s body surrounding the heart.

Obama Approval Drops Third Straight Quarter To 44.5%

Obama approval drops third straight quarter to 44.5%

By Dave Andrusko

Obamaapproval6reThe aftermath of the botched roll-out of ObamaCare’s health care insurance exchanges is helping to accelerate President Obama’s rapid decline in the public’s mind.

Under the headline, “Obama’s Job Approval Declines to 44.5% in 19th Quarter,” The Gallup poll reported this morning

“President Barack Obama averaged a 44.5% job approval rating during his 19th quarter in office, a decline of more than three percentage points from his 18th quarter. That is one of the largest quarter-to-quarter declines of his presidency, behind a nine-point drop in his third quarter and a six-point drop in his 11th quarter. … The legislative battles over the federal budget and the Affordable Care Act, as well as the federal debt limit, took a toll on the president’s popularity, with his Gallup daily approval rating falling to 41% at points during the shutdown.”

And the horror stories keep rolling in unabated. Here are some representative headlines and initial paragraphs which address the staggering incompetency on display and charges that the Administration has been (to put it charitably) not forthcoming. Moreover a common denominator is that repairs may be—at an optimistic minimum—months away.

Syrian Snipers said to be using pregnant women for “target practice”; unborn children killed

A veteran physician who spent five weeks volunteering in a Syrian hospital has told ITV News that Syrian snipers are targeting pregnant women as part of “death games.”

“One day we’d have pregnant women being brought in with gunshot wounds to the uterus,” said Dr. David Nott, a British surgeon. “Not just one or two, but seven or eight, which meant to me they (the snipers) must be targeting pregnant women,” he told ITV.

The Guardian newspaper’s Bonnie Malki, and Ruth Sherlock, explained that “each day snipers would chose to aim at different parts of the civilians’ bodies as they ran from one part of the city to another to buy food and supplies.”

“From the first patients that came in in the morning, you could almost tell what you would see for the rest of the day,” Dr. Nott told the reporters. “It was a game. We heard the snipers were winning packets of cigarettes for hitting the correct number of targets.

More than six pregnant women were caught by sniper fire on one day “and on another day two heavily pregnant women were targeted,” according to Malkin and Sherlock. “They survived but their unborn babies died, one suffering a bullet to the brain.”

Dr. Nott told the newspaper, “The women were all shot through the uterus, so that must have been where they were aiming for… This was deliberate. It was hell beyond hell.”

Reductions in spending and health testing under Obama Health Law will lead to missed diagnoses

By Jennifer Popik, JD, Robert Powell Center for Medical Ethics

Former President George W. Bush

Former President George W. Bush

New information indicates that former President George W. Bush’s life may recently have been saved because of a diagnostic test that would likely have been prevented by the sort of limits Obamacare “quality measures” will impose.

According to an October 11th National Journal piece, “George Bush’s Close Call,” Tom DeFrank writes,

“Sources familiar with the former president’s medical situation told National Journal that a major blockage in a coronary artery discovered during Bush’s annual physical exam in August had almost completely shut off blood flow to one of his heart chambers. ‘He was more than 95% occluded,’ an authoritative source said. ‘With a blockage like that in a main artery you’re supposed to die. He was pretty lucky they caught it.’”

Yet before the 95% figure became public, the doctors who had ordered the test whose results sent Bush into urgent surgery were denounced for having done so.

For example, in an August 9th opinion written for the Washington Post titled, “President Bush’s unnecessary heart surgery,” Vinay Prasad and Adam Cifu lamented that George Bush received the heart health test.

Another Fatal Infection after RU-486 Abortion

Another Fatal Infection after RU-486 Abortion

pill_bottle_and_pillsreBy Randall K. O’Bannon, Ph.D., NRL-ETF Director of Education & Research The death of another woman who was chemically aborted using RU-486 has been revealed.

A case report on a 31-year old woman in Britain who died in 2010 was published in the July 2013, issue of the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. The website abortionpillrisks.org brought this case (as it has others) to wider public attention and provided additional details.

As was the case with several other women who underwent a RU-486 abortion, this woman died of a fatal Clostridium infection, though in her case it was the Clostridium septicum variant. As with other species of Clostridium, these anaerobic bacteria are common in the human intestinal tract, but do not normally cause problems unless an area becomes inflamed or necrotic (dead or dying cells).

Planned Parenthood Tells Teens Nothing Wrong With Multiple Sex Partners

Planned Parenthood Tells Teens Nothing Wrong With Multiple Sex Partners

by Katie Yoder | Washington, DC | LifeNews.com | 10/18/13 10:14 AM

“Hi kids, Planned Parenthood here, using your parents’ tax dollar to tell you about the joys of sleeping around! Now you may have heard that copulating like amnesiac wildebeests in season is something to be frowned upon. Nothing could be further from the truth! Cheap, loveless sex – wherever you can get it – is a cornerstone of a healthy, happy adolescence. Just be sure to stop by your local Planned Parenthood for condoms! No time for the condoms? We’ll catch you on the flipside. (Remember, there are no adverse mental or physical health effects from abortion.) So get out there and rack ‘em up!

OK, the pitch didn’t exactly go like that, but the effect was the same. Planned Parenthood advertised the message to teens this week via its teen Twitter and Facebook accounts by asking, “Is promiscuity a bad thing?”

As the nation’s largest abortion mill you can guess Planned Parenthood’s answer is, “Nope. Much as you like.” Creating demand is as important to the business model as protecting the absolute right to kill infants up to and including the moment the baby is born (ie. past Planned Parenthood marketing campaigns included strategies such as attempting to erase pro-life/pro-choice terminology). But the “women’s health” organization brought to bear the weight of indisputable authority in the person of “Alex at Planned Parenthood.”

Alex the “expert,” pronounced through Planned Parenthood’s Tumblr: “Since the number of sexual partners you’ve had doesn’t say anything about your character, your morals, or your personality – or about anything at all really– there’s nothing bad or unhealthy about having a big number of sexual partners.” Not sure what Alex thinks does say something about those fundamental aspects of being, but I bet it has something to do with recycling and your commitment to “social justice.”

Really, the only outcome sleeping around might have is, well, more money for the contraception-abortion-providing organization. Not that it needs further funding. The Planned Parenthood Federation of America, self-described as “the nation’s leading sexual and reproductive health care provider and advocate,” received over 500 million dollars last fiscal year in taxpayer money.

Alex began his post by explaining how the word “promiscuity” “can refer to a whole variety of different sexual behaviors,” although “in general, it’s a word that’s used to judge or shame people.” Heaven forbid!
