A Courageous Pro-Life Democrat

Today, a pro-life democrat had the courage to testify at the statehouse in support of our pro-life budget amendment that would allow for funding of community health care centers by defunding Planned Parenthood. With great fervor John Munnis Jr. asked, “Would it not be cool if there were as much passion for supporting community health centers – and seeing access to community health centers expanded – as there is for promoting Planned Parenthood?”  Munnis concluded his speech by saying that Planned Parenthood is an extremist organization that opposes common sense pro-life legislation.  Indeed, would it not be cool if life-giving facilities received state funding before destructive ones like Planned Parenthood? To learn more about Ohio Right to Life please visit our website at http://www.ohiolife.org/.
