OLD PEOPLE

OLD PEOPLE
  • Old People are easy to spot at sporting events; during the playing of the National Anthem. Old People remove their caps and stand at attention and sing without embarrassment.  They know the words and believe in them.
  • Old People remember World War II, Pearl Harbor, Guadalcanal , Normandy and Hitler. They remember the Atomic Age, the Korean War, The Cold War, the Jet Age and the Moon Landing. They remember the 50 plus Peacekeeping Missions from 1945 to 2005, not to mention  Vietnam .
  • If you bump into an Old People on the sidewalk he will apologize. If you pass an Old Person on the street, he will nod or tip his cap to a lady. Old People trust strangers and are courtly to women.
  • Old People hold the door for the next person and always, when walking, make certain the lady is on the inside for protection.
  • Old People get embarrassed if someone curses in front of women and children and they don’t like any filth or dirty language on TV or in movies.
  • Old People have moral courage and personal integrity. They seldom brag unless it’s about their children or grandchildren.
  • It’s the Old People who know our great country is protected, not by politicians, but by the young men and women in the military serving their country.

This country needs Old People with their work ethic, sense of responsibility, pride in their country and decent values.

We need them now more than ever.

Thank God for Old People.
*May we cherish & protect OLD PEOPLE and not fall for the lies of Euthanasia!

FEDERAL COURT RULES MENNONITE CABINETMAKING BUSINESS MUST COMPLY WITH HHS MANDATE

Federal court rules Mennonite cabinetmaking business must comply with HHS mandate

In a 2-1 decision, a federal appeals court has ruled that the Mennonite owners of a cabinetmaking company must comply with an Obamacare mandate requiring employers to offer co-pay free coverage for contraceptives, sterilizations and abortion-causing drugs, regardless of their deeply held religious beliefs against it.

The Third Circuit’s ruling differs from a high-profile decision made early this month by the Tenth Circuit granting the Christian-owned Hobby Lobby chain of craft stores an injunction against the mandate.

Howard Dean Concedes Independent Payment Advisory Board

Howard Dean concedes that the Independent Payment Advisory Board is “essentially a health-care rationing body”

Former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean (D)By Dave Andrusko Former governor of Vermont and Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean penned a piece for the Wall Street Journal this morning that truly qualifies as a “must-read.”

The headline and the subhead tell you the thrust of his argument—“The Affordable Care Act’s Rate-Setting Won’t Work: Experience tells me the Independent Payment Advisory Board will fail.”

Excuse me, what did Dean just say? That the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB)–which NRLC has criticized repeatedly and at great length– is “essentially a health-care rationing body.” It “sets doctor reimbursement rates for Medicare and determining which procedures and drugs will be covered and at what price” and therefore “will be able to stop certain treatments its members do not favor by simply setting rates to levels where no doctor or hospital will perform them.”

What Planned Parenthood Is Hiding

what Planned Parenthood is hiding

Planned Parenthood has been leading the public relations effort to dismiss Kermit Gosnell’s “house of horrors” as an outlier. … But you and I know that’s a lie!

The SBA List has already documented copious instances of abortion industry brutality and negligence across 15 states – and tomorrow, at a State Senate hearing in Delaware, even more will be exposed.

Three former abortion clinic employees are coming forward to recount the brutal practices and negligence which led them to quit their jobs. They are former employees of Planned Parenthood.

Months ago, we worked with our Delaware allies at “A Rose & A Prayer” to shed light on the testimony of Joyce Vasikonis and Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich. These former Planned Parenthood nurses quit their jobs after becoming fed up with the clinic’s unsafe, unsanitary “meat-market style assembly-line abortions.”

Tomorrow, they’ll be joined by another former colleague, clinic manager Melody Meanor. Together, these women will explain how Planned Parenthood:

  • Rushed abortions through at a “meat market,” “assembly-line” pace
  • Deceived the public by pretending they were a clinic in good standing
  • Failed to inform as many as 200 women of their positive tests for sexually transmitted diseases and infections and failed to notify 87 women of the results of their colposcopies
  • Denied the drug RhoGAM to low-income, Rh negative women who need it to protect against an increased risk of stillbirth with future pregnancies

, America’s Abortion Giant – the standard-bearer – cannot claim that Kermit Gosnell, Douglas Karpen, and a host of other abortion clinic horrors nationwide are isolated incidents while their own employees expose them for complete disregard for the health and well being of women.

We MUST expose this abuse. That’s why members of the SBA List team will be at the hearing tomorrow, standing shoulder to shoulder with our Delaware allies.

We’ll be there to live tweet the hearing, take pictures, share the evidence, and talk with the media.

We won’t let the media ignore Planned Parenthood’s complete failure to stand up for the dignity and safety of women. Will you help us expose them? Please take a moment to:

  • Share our multistate FACT SHEET on abortion industry brutality happening nationwide.
  • Share one of our Planned Parenthood infographics on your facebook and twitter pages – These bright images pack a punch of information.
  • Share our TV ad featuring Abby Johnson, former Planned Parenthood manager who explained that her superiors actually told her to increase the number of abortions performed at the clinic.

Don’t forget to follow @SBAList on twitter and on facebook in order to check out our coverage of tomorrow’s hearing. We will keep you posted as this situation develops.

Planned Parenthood’s Newest Slogan

Planned Parenthood’s newest slogan is “Care. No matter what.” They were going to try out “Not in her shoes,” but they reconsidered after pro-lifers around the world posted pictures of baby shoes that Planned Parenthood’s victims would never get to wear.

So how does the new “care” slogan line up with Planned Parenthood’s behavior? Is there a better motto they could use?

Well, we learned this week that Planned Parenthood in Texas had to pay $1.4 million for defrauding the state’s Medicaid program. This means that the world’s largest abortion corporation was stealing from poor women and children, for no other reason than to inflate its already huge profits.

So maybe a better slogan would be “Profit. No matter what.”
Tonya Reaves
Then there’s the recent anniversary of the death of Tonya Reaves, a 24-year-old Chicago woman killed by Planned Parenthood in a botched abortion. Abortion staff decided to let Tonya bleed to death for five hours rather than call 911. It was more important to them to save face than to save Tonya’s life.

One year later, justice has still not been served for Tonya’s killing.

So maybe “Saving face. No matter what.” would be a better slogan for Planned Parenthood.

But let’s not forget what lies under these cases – all the fraud and the death and the “meat-market” safety lapses characteristic of Planned Parenthood. This is a billion-dollar corporation that literally profits off the destruction of the most helpless, voiceless human beings. Its spokespeople stand up for infanticide, for killing pre-born girls just for being girls, for a woman’s “right” to destroy her child whenever she sees fit.

Planned Parenthood received $542 million in forced funding from taxpayers in 2011 to continue these activities – not to mention to defraud taxpayers in Texas and elsewhere. To literally steal from the poor.

What Planned Parenthood really stands for – what really drives their business – is the one word that its spokespeople are the least likely to say.

So what’s the best, most truthful slogan for Planned Parenthood?

“Abortion. No matter what.”

A corporation that profits from killing children should not exist. Such an industry should be unthinkable in America. Live Action will keep infiltrating Planned Parenthood facilities nationwide, keep recording the horrifying things they do, and keep showing the public the evidence. We’re going to make abortion unthinkable in our country.

I hope you’ll join us.

Yours in the fight for life,
